Well, you seem to have a confusion, so, see here technical explanation - Refurbishment is a process of maintenance of an item, either aesthetically or mechanically.

However, recycling is a process of reselling your items.

Refurbishment and repairing done by recycle companies so you can recycle your mobile phone to leading mobile phone recycling companies including Fonebank, Envirofone and Mazuma etc.
