I sent my phone back to them on a Thursday, recorded delivery, and they emailed me the next day to say they had received it and that my BACS payment will be made in 2 business days. It is now Tuesday morning and I have received the money. Brilliant communication on their part, great service, recommend to everyone!

Was a bit wary about using the fonebank due to some negative reviews, but they were the best price by about £30 so I decided to go ahead anyway.

I went through this price comparison site to sell my old Nokia N95. But I was worried because the camera did not work and there were few scratches at the back of the instrument.
